HirePath AI ("we", "our", "us") is a free career guidance tool available at tools.hirepath.tech, built for job seekers and students worldwide. You can reach us at hirepathtech@gmail.com.

What Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or sign up. The information you type into the tool — such as your skills, education, city, and resume details — is sent to the AI model only to generate your result. We do not store this information on our servers after your session ends.

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views and device type. This helps us improve the tool. Google Analytics does not collect any personally identifiable information.

Live Chat (Tawk.to)

HirePath AI uses a third-party live chat service provided by Tawk.to. If you choose to use the chat widget, any messages you send — including your name, email (if provided), and chat content — are collected and stored by Tawk.to on their servers. We can view these conversations to respond to your queries.

Tawk.to may also set cookies on your device to enable the chat functionality and track session data. Their full privacy policy is available at tawk.to/privacy-policy. Use of the live chat feature is entirely optional — you can use all HirePath AI tools without interacting with the chat widget.

How We Use Your Information

Information you enter into the career tools is used solely to generate AI responses (skill analysis, job matches, roadmaps, and resume content) on your request. Chat messages are used only to respond to your support queries. Neither is sold, shared with third parties for marketing, or used for advertising.

AI Responses — Important Disclaimer

All content generated by HirePath AI is produced by an artificial intelligence model and is for informational and guidance purposes only. It is not professional career counselling, legal advice, or a guarantee of employment. Always verify job listings, salary information, and course details on official platforms before acting on them.

Live Chat Support

HirePath AI offers an optional live chat feature powered by Tawk.to. By initiating a chat, you agree that your messages and any contact details you provide (such as your name or email) may be stored by Tawk.to and viewed by our support team to respond to your query. Please do not share sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial details, or government ID numbers) through the chat widget. Chat support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not available 24/7. We reserve the right to end or block chat sessions that are abusive, spammy, or violate these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use HirePath AI — including its career tools and live chat — only for lawful personal career guidance purposes. You must not attempt to misuse, reverse-engineer, overload, or exploit the service. You must not input offensive, harmful, or illegal content into any part of the tool, including the chat widget.

No Account, No Data Storage

HirePath AI does not require account creation. Information you type into the career tools is processed in real time and is not permanently stored by us. Chat messages may be retained by Tawk.to as per their own data retention policy. You are responsible for saving any AI output you wish to keep.

Resume Content

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the Resume Builder. HirePath AI polishes your provided content but does not verify any facts. Do not submit false information on any job application.

Intellectual Property

The HirePath AI brand, design, and codebase are owned by HirePath AI. The AI-generated content produced based on your inputs belongs to you for your personal use. You may not reproduce or resell HirePath AI's interface or tools.

Third-Party Services

HirePath AI integrates third-party services including Google Analytics, Google AdSense, and Tawk.to live chat. Your use of these embedded services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

Availability
